Your Goal for the this Soul Mission:

Resilience! To understand it, explore it and make yours!

THIS MONTH, you will be:

Exploring the resilience of yourself and others!

Steps for this Mission:

  1. Our goal is to find resilience through other women!

  2. Pick someone, a relative alive or gone, a friend or even a celebrity! Someone who's resilience has you in awe! It could even be your own story!

  3. Put the story in your journal, on your wall, in your phone notes, ANYWHERE that you can easily go back to it when you are feeling down!

  4. Pick a picture, image, graphic, etc that symbolizes this person's story and post it in the group with the tag #ResilienceMission (DON'T FORGET TO TAG IT. It is important we can find it)

  5. Once we have all of the #resiliencemission images, we will put a Mosaic Of RESILIENCE together!!
