Your mission for August is to get curious… more specifically about yourself! This is a great opportunity to tune into yourself & rediscover or discover parts of YOU!
Life is so busy- all the time- & in the midst of it all, we are growing and learning… which also means we are evolving and changing. Do you find opinions on a topic have changed? Do you have new hobbies or no longer enjoy an old hobby? Do you find yourself wondering why you reacted a certain way to a situation? There are so many ways to get curious about yourself. Exploring this curiosity will help give you a better understanding of yourself.
